House is a nation!

Und wenn Andrejko den Sonntagmorgen beschallt, gilt sowieso wieder: Turn off your brain and turn on your heart.

With their new album „Close To The Glass“ the Weilheim-originated band The Notwist claimed their status as an electronic band with an eclectic taste for sophisticated pop between guitars and electronica earlier this year. One important figure is the computer guru Martin Gretschmann aka Console aka Acid Pauli. Whether a solo album on Nicolas Jaar’s imprint, a compilation on Crosstown Rebels or his magic sets – Gretschmann is and will remain an exceptional phenomenon. In addition to the Australian DJ Kate Miller, Till Von Sein will enchant you with his hip-hop infected deep house in the tradition of the Suol spirit with warm melodies and a fine track selection. And just when the endorphins go crazy, Capablanca comes along with his smirking style of old-school house, disco pearls and boogie gems. House is a nation!

Jack Dunning aka Untold, co-founder of Hemlock Recordings, passed through an eerily beautiful metamorphosis from classical dubstep to bass-driven techno beyond the 130 BPM mark. With his debut album „Black Light Spiral“ he delivered a brutal pamphlet of sirens, distortions and smashing sounds. Fachwerk associate Mike Dehnert just recently published his new record „Lichtbedingt“ as well. Even if he enters flat territory with beatless experimental productions, his sets on the Boiler floor including morbid grooves and exemplary dub streaks, are an absolute must for any techno nerd. The same applies to our resident guest Subjected. With his new „Conquest One EP“ the founder of the collective Vault Series underlines his greed for floating and pumping floor stompers. And when Andrejko will fill the Sunday morning with his uncompromising sound, there’s just one thing left: Turn off your brain and turn on your heart.
